Does anybody agree that the shows that are HGTV are not very realistic? We are in te business and I watch those shows soetimes and I am like tha is so not accurat infromation that they are giving out. Everybody on there is a SPECIALIST!!!
What shows are you talking about? I know that some of the home improvement shows are a little out there. But I think they use national averages when they start quoting costs for rehab.
