I wish someone would have told me about this when I got started 20yrs ago. Of course there was no Internet then. But here is the thing. We need help in ATL. Only 5% of listings sell. Everyone wants to leave except the cash rich illegal immigrants who support our economy. They can’t buy because they are illegal. But they have to live somewhere.
We are hurting right now.

People here may work in the area, but you should visit the groups, even if they aren’t near you, and network with them. If someone is already an investor in your market, they may be doing this already. If they are not, you can talk to them to discuss the possibilities and negatives.
I have visited the groups and even tried to give a free referral to the head of one of them out of my area and NEVER even got a call back. Guess they are not interested in doing deals. So what are they interested in? Selling courses? And having meetings and collecting dues.
I know rei organizations here are big business. Here and everywhere else. And you don’t like me because I give it all away for FREE. And I also tell them the real truth about rei. I’m your competition and you are afraid of me.
