I am new to this area of acquiring real estate. One person says to get started “soon” send out postcards. However, what to say on them? Also what differentiates Sub 2 and a wrap? How would anyone suggest approaching this best?

REI education before you start mailing out postcards.
Seeing that you’re stumped as to what to verbiage you want on
them, what would you do should someone happen to call you?
Read as many FREE articles as you can (here and all over the internet) and pick up a good book and/or course to give you a jumpstart. What particular niche were you interested in pursuing?

What are you trying to do be more specific? Spend more… that is how you go out of business. What is your goal, your business plan and model? etc…
