Hii guys
Can you help me word a contract?
Here is what is going on.
Im looking at closing a deal with a home owner and need help with wording in the contract.
The home owner has a mortgage of 200K, witch he will cary for 6 months.
I will pay the home owner 10K for his home.
I will also pay 5K in late mortgage to mortgage company.
The house is not in preforclosure yet.
