I thank you in advance for any recommendations you may be able to provide on quality real estate attorneys in:

  • California
  • Florida,
  • Arizona

Looking to get someone to assist with state-specific document preparation and advisement in regards to:

  • Sub2’s
  • Short Sale
  • Land Contracts

Would like to avoid the shake downs I’m seeing Attorney’s General carrying out on the West Coast.

Bronsky - I am in AZ. If you go to the AZREIA website (www.azreia.com) you will find a local RE attorney that is a business partner of the association. He came to speak at one of the meetings and I liked him. He seems to know what he is talking about. I don’t think an attorney would last as a business partner in the association if he was not doing a good job… Hope this helps.
