HELP--wholesaling another investors deal

I have a buyer who is going to make me a cash offer tomorrow on another investors property which he has under contract.

How can I go about selling this property to my end buyer without having to first pay the investor to assign me the contract?

It is as simple as just calling up the other investor and ask them if they would be interested in doing a joint venture with you on the transaction. In the end you both will benefit.
