Hi Everyone:
I have a rental in Washington State and I need to evict my renters for non-payment of rent. I havent had to do this yet so I am unsure of the process. Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to initiate this process? Also, if there is anyone from Washington who has done one in the past, I would love to speak with you.

hire a firm to do it for you; probably cost a couple hundred bucks. i like doing a lot of things myself, but not eviction. if you screw up, then most likely your tenant will keep living for free while you refile your paperwork.
I am in washington, and I am pretty sure that the first thing you have to do is issue them with a 3-day pay or vacate. If you have done that, I would consult the RCW code for landlord tennant law. I used to have the link, but I am sure you can google it. I have needed it before.
