help selling property in florida(cape coral)

hello fellow investors,

I had purchased a lot in cape coral florida for 90k, march 2005, it is across from a wide gulf access canal well developed area, with sewer electric and water. I have been trying to sell with a real estate agent but have had no calls at all. On paper I own the property out right, but I have a home equity loan against my house of $680 per month. It is costing me about $8000 per year total. I would like to sell, but am unable to attract buyer any help would be greatly appreciated. I can do owner finacing with the right terms, or should i offer a cash payout to who ever can sell the property for me? Any other creative ideas?

I’m surprised… I’m here in St. Petersburg, FL and thought that Cape Coral was still going strong.

Things by me have been on the slower side for purchases, but they are still happening.

No luck with a decent local broker?
