Hey guys! I have been pretty eager to get started in real estate investing for about 8 months now. I have read countless books on all types of strategies: wholesaling, fliping, foreclosure, etc… But still have yet to get started.
I live in South FLorida, Coral SPrings. I am very anxious to get started in real estate investing. However, I am 20 years old, I go to school at FAU, and have very little capital.
However, I do have my real estate license. I am a full time real estate agent with Expert Realty. I have been licensed for about 1 year now, and have closed on 5 deals, i am very knowledgable about my market and how to go about writing deals and contracts.
What I think I do need is a little guidance as to what direction I should go in. I would even love to mentor and help some one out with deals if they do live in the south florida area, just so I can learn the ropes of investing.
