I need help. A friend of mine is a realtor and his home is going into foreclosure. Will a foreclosure keep someone from renewing their license. Please help, he’s really worried about this.

I’ve never heard of anyone losing thier license in Texas due to a foreclosure.
no way will he lose it.
As far as I know only, nonpayment of child support, criminal behavior, excluding dwi/pi, and nonpayment of a student loan will prohibit one from obtaining a Texas real estate licens or renewing one.
