Hi. All of my past deals have wholesales with ugly vacant houses. Today someone stopped my car because of my vehicle signs and asked for my card. He is from out of town and his father just passed away. He wants to sell the house fairly quickly like within the next 4-6 weeks. I don’t know the details but he said he would call me back to discuss them. In the meantime I am thinking about what I am going to say when he calls. What should my first questions be…I don’t know if this is a pretty house or a ugly house so I don’t know to approach it. I really want to come from the angle of caring and wanting to help so I want my questions to be fairly direct. Can anyone give me a few first questions I can ask that will allow me to quickly assess which road to take? Thanks so much. Again, I am used to the ugly houses so I know which formulas to use on those. This one might be my first different path.
