I have a seller who is willing to rent with the option. Thru due diligence, I found he has house with trustee and is looking to rent it to relieve burden of payments. It is $3000 per month waterview property. I want to suggest a trust agreement, ensuring my interest, considering $1000 will be deducted from the price of the house of $300K. Any suggestions?
MissEdna, are you planing rent to own ( lease Option ) here. 1K towards the price is way low, check out this guy more he may have many properties you don’t know about.
