I’m interested in purchasing properties that are in pre-foreclosure status as well as rehabs.
Without having adequate funds myself, how does one go about finding investors that would be willing to put up money if the situation is deemed to be a good investment by them?
I should have added that the properties would be flipped in as quick a manner as possible.
