BESIDES REICLUBS HOW DO I FIND BUYERS FOR MOBILE HOMES IN SACRAMENTO CALIFORNIA
Hi,
First real estate investors are very rarely interested in a mobile home as an investment. Now a lot or land parcel with a mobile home is a different story as is mobile home parks.
You would do the exact same thing I would do which is to advertise and market for buyers, place ads in Craigslist, Back Page, Penny Saver USA, US Free Ads, etc.

Hi Cmp4ever,
Gold River is right with market to where mobile home buyers and renters are looking. This can be by placing bandit signs in mobile home dense zip codes, online advertisements like C-list, and offline sources like the local penny saver or other free ad publication in your area, plus many more sources.
In my opinion it is always best to have a healthy list of buyers before you ever even make your first purchase offer to purchase a mobile home. Having this list of buyers will not only likely save you time when reselling but you’ll also have a clearer picture of the resale price and terms you can attract from said buyers.
Hope this makes sense. Feel free to comment back with any follow up questions or thoughts.
All the best,
John Fedro
I’ve bought and sold hundreds of mobile homes over the years and never had a problem finding buyers…although I do sell all my homes with OWNER FINANCING NO CREDIT REQUIRED. In doing this, I create high yields in my selling price which is marked up to full retail for the accommodation of private financing. Then, if I need to buy some groceries, I just sell a note or two that is owed to me to investors who own pensions and IRA’s at a yield higher than they are currently earning.
Hope this helps.
