Totally fresh out the gate… I found a house and a buyer but can’t connect the dots…
If I put the house under contract and pay my earnest deposit, how do I show the house to the buyer and sell it???

When I get my contract signed I indicate to the seller I will need to show your property to prospective contractors, designers, and get inspections so I will need to bring through a number of people to start preparing for closing!
Just make sure you caution your end buyer to wait until you have gone all the way through and we are back out front to ask questions!
