hi all i got approved to buy a home but its not the kind of home i would like to buy meaning the bank will only give me a lower amount based on my current income.to buy as a first time buyer.also iam under a year lease so i cannot move right now. i would like to know would it be best to buy this home and rent it out and keep it as rental. and then wait maybe a year or 2 to buy the home i want. when makeing good payments on the rental property if i buy it.
