Not sure if others share in my frustration but I am having no luck funding REOs, apartments and commercial deals all under 50% LTV that cashflow really well in OH and TN. Anyone have any suggestions?
Do you mean REOs that are 1-4 unit investment properties. What all options are you looking for? Can you provide some info about your qualifications?
There are lenders for those areas.
