i’ve recently come across a couple of deals which i think are pretty good.
whats the best way to advertise for credit & capital partners?
whats a fair split if i find the deal and time the buying and selling,
assuming its a pre-construction deal?
what if it were a buy and hold deal that required a tenant in it?
i currently have credit partners which i offering 50%.i think this might
be a tad too much.
