HELP CAN I DOUBLE CLOSE ON A PROPERY BY HUD

I HAVE A REALTOR SENDING ME DEALS ON HUD PROPERTIES. I PLAN ON FINDING END BUYERS AND DOING A DOUBLE CLOSE. SHOULD I TELL THE REALTOR I PLAN ON FINDING A END BUYER AND A TITLE CO THAT WILL ALLOW THIS,.ALSO HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE? ARE THERE ANY OUT CLAUSES FOR HUD IF MY END BUYER BACKS OUT!!! PLEASE HELP SO I WILL KNOW WHETHER OR NOT TO GO WITH THE DEAL…

My experience with HUD is they put restrictions in the deed. You are unable to sell the property for 90 days or more than 120% of your purchase price from them. In MI on they all tend to have this. I would ask your Realtor if there are any additional addendums to be signed with an accepted contract. May be different where you’re at. I have the docs if you would like to see them email me.
