I was wondering if its possible to get a HELOC on a property bought with HML. I know Citibank does no season HELOC but not sure if they do it with a HML…anyone know???
I am thinking of signing contract on a home. Selling for 680K, appraised at 1.05mil so 35% equity on a divorce sale. Only getting this price if its a quick close with a HML, no time for conventional loans here…
