Well I’m back after a 3 - year hiatus everyone. Last time I read the blogs and postings on here I got this crazy idea (2006) that Real Estate was overpriced. So I sold all my holdings in NJ that year through 2/2007 - just as the market was capsizing.
I cleaned up - moved to Charlotte. Kept my head low during the “storm” and am now ready to dive back in.

And now you are back. Now posters on this site are saying: BUY NOW! THIS IS THE BEST REAL ESTATE MARKET IN YOUR LIFETIME!
This IS the time to get up off the couch. Cancel cable TV. Start driving for dollars. Or you will be saying, “I wish I had bought some of those foreclosure houses! Can you believe how much real estate has gone up?” Hope some of you are listening?
Because it will go back up. It always does. The market cycles.
