have you tried a L/O in a military area?

I was curious if the L/O strategy would work in a military area. Since most military members qualify for a no $ down VA loan would a lease option be attractive to this audience? Any feedback is appreciated

I am guessing that if the military member could purchase with 100% financing, they would not be your marketing target for a lease/option deal.

In a military area, there are usually a lot of civilian employees that don’t move frequently. A lease option could still work in a military area
