This is for all the veterans in wholesaling. What tips do you guys have in having “motivated sellers” calling you? I mean what kind of marketing have you found most effective? Any effective tips would really help out all the newbies out there.

in the ad agency world we use “influencers.” That one person who knows so many people…the great thing is, that person can endorse you and give you credbility trust because they have that relationship with the customer.
The last few deals that I have picked up, were from realtors calling me becasue they knew that an asset mangager was ready to give the house away, or that they had a hugely underpriceds listing coming up.
