Has anyone used the Option Short Sale Method in Maryland?

I like this method because of its transparency but as everyone know Maryland has some crazy foreclosure laws.

I will like to implement this method but I want to get some feedback from fellow investors here in MD who have used it.

Please share your experiences with the group.
