I am looking to flip properties with private money. I was wondering if anyone has had a history with P2Pfunder. I just signed up for the 2 week trial and already have a promising lead. I like to know more about them before I sign on.

Now is a great time to flip properties. There is lots of opertunity to purcahse and resale. I have never heard of this web site. If you are looking for hard money I would recomend talking to other investors in your area to see who they use. You can also use the Hard Money lenders resource on this web site. Join an invesment club in your area and see what other investors are doing.
I recomend you find a lender that will allow you to accrue the payments so you pay off the loan and payments when you sale the proeprty rather than having to make payments as you go.
