Has anyone purchased "The Discounted Note Kit" by Jon Richards?

I want to brush up on my education and found this book on CREonline.com. This book peaked my interest and is fairly inexpensive. Has anyone purchased/read? Thoughts?

The last book I purchased on the site was Lonnie’s “Deals on Wheels” which I have already made my money back by doing 1 deal. This is a GREAT book if anyone is considering it.

Codog, I never read his book but if you want to brush up on your knowledge then download the free ebook here on this site “owner will carry” by Greg Winfield. You can also get “streetwisesellerfinancing” by Eddie Speed for free. Next time you’re there read the articles and Note forum at creonline and some articles here. In my opinion John Behle is one of the best Note professionals ever.
Yes Lonnies book is good but at $20 it’s not hard to make your money back.Herbster

Herbster,

Speaking of note programs, what is your opinion on The NoteBuyer’s Master Guide by Donna Bauer on buying discounted notes? Do you think its worth the $999 price?

Never read her book(course) so I can’t say. Sounds high though. I bailed out of Note Brokering over ayear ago, no money in it for me. The Note Investors make the money and they need the brokers to bring them Notes. If I was so inclined to buy more books I’d go with Mike or John at creonline. They have their own sites. My 2 cents anyway.
PS understand that RE Notes is where all competition is, you may have better luck trying some of the many other Notes to sell. Check out the Papersourseonline too. Herbster

Yea, like herbster said, the competition is brutal. One of these 2am Gurus is pitching his Buy Notes system so not only do you have the pros out there scarfing them up, but you’ve got every 2am insomniac shaking the bushes, too.

Do what Lonnie says - create your own notes… Then you can sell yours to these other fools.

Herbster,
I went to the streetsellerfinancing site and can’t find any free materials. I only see info for the workshop. Does he have another site?

Codog, Darn thing used to be free. Try Colonialfundinggroup.com then click on the book. If that don’t work email me and I’ll make sure you get it. Must be Note Investors aren’t doing to good now days. Herbster

Herbster,
Got it. Thanks!
