Has anyone joined THELPA? Is it worth it?

It looks like it’s $80 for a one year membership to THELPA (The Landlord’s Protection Agency). Has anyone joined, and do you think it’s worth the money? Thanks!

I’ve been a member of theLPA.com for years. It is one of the best things I’ve done as a landlord. The token membership fee was made up when I downloaded the lease form. I’ve paid hundreds if not thousands in the past on attorneys fees to help me prepare lease forms. The LPA forms are well worth it and can be used in every state.
Well worth it. :biggrin
