Has anyone ever dealt with Michaeal Hunter for funding? Is he legit?

I have not! But do not provide money upfront to any lender unless of course it is to pay for an appraisal.
Other than that if they want money upfront it’s probable a scam!!

yup, it was too good to be true. thanx for the info – i knew something didn’t feel right. I have not signed anything, nor will i. Everyone, stay away from Micheal Hunter! It’s a scam!!!
