I am very close to purchase the property with the subject company. I was wondering if any of you out there and actually completed a deal with home finders? The hard money lender is a company called Omni. National Bank, also of Atlanta, Georgia. At this point, I have not had the opportunity to review any documents from Omni. I just sent an e-mail indicating that we cannot proceed to closure until I’ve had a chance to review the loan documents. This would be my first purchase as investor, and I was wondering if anyone out there had feedback that they were willing to share on either or both of these companies. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
I’v never dealt with Home Providers, but have dealt with Omni. My experience was excellent with Omni.
I had an agent tell me that the banks accepts bids from Omni better then any other hardmoney lender he knows, and they always close. You can contact them your self. Are you dealing with Lisa Phillips or Acellian at home providers?
