Has anyone dealt with Dun & King Investments, Atlanta, GA?

Hi,

I have received a 1 year lease option offer that I would like to accept on my Milwaukee, WI property from Dun & King Investments in Atlanta, GA. They are also based in FL.

Has anyone ever heard of them or dealt with them? Any comments? I will also be checking them out online. (They did submit a two page background on their credentials). I’m just wondering if any of you have dealt with them and whether or not your were satisfield.

I appreciate any feedback.

never heard of them and I have been doing business in the atlanta market for the past 8 years. doesn’t mean they are not legit, just ask for referrals
