What products and/or suggestions do you have for cleaning hardwood floors in between tenants?
They do not need to be re-screened/sanded yet, but I’m not sure what’s the best product for doing a fairly good cleaning.
Thanks for the help.

I would go with 1/4 cup of white vinegar to 1 gallon of warm water. Most other products leave a film on your floor. This will degrease and take any “film” off the wood while not doing any damage. When it comes time to get them done again I would also advise you to VERY lightly sand them and put on a fresh coat of poly. This will give them an almost new look and save a ton of $$$. Plus you can only sand down and refinish hardwood so many times so only go that route when you are ready to sell.
This is what my wife uses for our hardwoods and tile floors and she swears by it. It does do a nice job and, as Hugh says, no lingering film.
