Hey Ive been looking for money to fix up a house that I own in Pennysvania free and clear it needs total renovation about 30k will do it nicely but I cant find rehab money , has anyone else had a hard time finding money to do there rehab projects?
There are several lenders that do rehab loans for PA. Are you needing an investment or owner occ loan?

Rehab Funding lends in PA. If I’m not mistaken I think they are headquaterted in PA.
