I purchased an investment property at foreclosure sale using an HML. I would like to refinance it and get some cash out for rehab. Purchase price was 186k and comps in the neighborhood are approx 380-400k. Need to work rather quickly…tenants refused to leave and I had a long legal process to get them out. Suggestions, please?
Depending on your personal parameters or LLC, however this is being held, you should be able to obtain financing rather quickly with the LTV that yo uare looking for.
