Hard money or cash partner needed

I want to buy mobile homes to fix and offer as rentals for special needs people
I have renters, I have homes to buy, but NEED the cash to make this happen

any advise would be great

Hi Carolyn,

Have you used hard money before? You would only be able to use the hard money for the short-term (1-3 years) and then you would need to refinance with conventional financing.

Do you have experience fixing properties?
