40-50 percent occupied,

looking for someone to finance the entire project,

2.4mil purchase price,
need about 100k for rehab…that would be the max,
would like to skip/reduce for 6-12 payments to get ocupancy up, this could be put on the mortgage of course,
future value is 4.6 mil min.
