I’m just starting my research on real estate investing and see a lot of information about obtaining hard money loans of up to 65% of market value without using any of my own cash. Is this possible? I would be looking to flip the property quick (1 or 2 months) and was wondering what this best option is with little or no money out of pocket.
There are no 100% loans that I know, all hard money lenders want you to have skin in the game at least 20% or more it just depend on you real estate experience.
