Where can I find a good hard money lender? There’s so much to choose from. I’d like to use HML to acquire properties. Then refi to better terms. Is HML only good for rehab properties? I’d rather use conventional lending if I had enough money to put down. Until then I may have to go that route. Any suggestions?
