Hard money lenders that lend to those living outside the US currently

I am currently living in Germany working as a US Army Civilian. I recently inquired about a hard money loan to Brookview Financial due to all the positive comments. The only problem is they have informed me they can not lend money to me because I reside outside the US currently. I am a US citizen. Retired 20 year veteran with 5 plus years as a Gov employee with 3 duplexes remaining to renovate. I actually own 4 duplexes and I have renovated one out of pocket at a cost of $52K. Unfortunately, I am short of funds can not afford to renovate the remaining 3 units without financial assistance. Any advise from the experts out there??? Thanks in advance to those who respond.

Bonchie,
Have you considered doing a cash-out on the renovated property to get your money back? Then renovate the next duplex and refinance, etc… You should be able to qualify for conventinal financing as long as you can prove citizenship and income.

Christopher,

Thanks for your repsonse. Yes, I have pulled $37.5K from the newly renovated duplex. And yes I could move forward on the next unit but what I was looking to do is renovate all three duplex units at the same time under one contract. Again, I may have to revert back to the plan you mentioned in your response. Again, thanks for your advise.
