Hard money lender

Good evening…I am looking for someone who’ll do a hard money loan in Ohio. I am looking for one that doesn’t require money down, and will lend based on 65% arv.

sounds like u just named every hard money lender in existence. try the list on this site. You shouldnt have a hard time finding a loan for yourself.

Cleveland is a tough area for financing options. Some lenders will not do business there.
