Here is one of my common requests
Presently I am trying to structure a deal with a client directly (involving a broker for the CA
usuary laws) wih the follwoing terms.
Please suggest direction to preceed
with this deal structuring
Loan Amount : 65 K
Initial origination points: 3 points for myself +1 points for broker +
closing costs
Term 1 year ($2500 to extend it next year),
No prepayment penality
Property : Triplex in California (Investment rental property)
New purchase? and is under contarct for $90K
