i would like to kick of a new venture in NJ and the surrounding areas…flipping houses and building a strong company…does any one know a hard lender that will loan 100% of purchase and 100% rehab? this is what i will need to get started. Any info will help and also open to partners for down payment money at a good rate of return or profit sharing to get started…
