Hello, I have 2 great deals going at one time. My fico 630 and wife 660 net worth about 350k
first deal sfr, 2300 sq ft 4 bdr 2.5 bath 2 car attach garage, indianapolis south west suburb yr built 99, cma 108k buying 80 k needs carpet cleaned , one room painted repair cost 500$ A+ shape have pictures and info.
exit lease/ rent to buy sell in 12 months
2 deal sfr, 3 bdr 2.5 barh 1600 sqft fire place gas 2 car attached garage, indianapolis west suburb yr built 2002, cma 125-131k buying at 70k repair cost needs carpet cleaned, paint touch up 400$ have pictures and more info.A+ shape Exit lease/rent to buy 12-18 months

BOTH HAVE INSTANT EQUITY … need help to close deals by 1/5/08

I offer a number of programs in Indy ranging from 65 to 80 ARV, but I would need to know more about you and the properties to determine which program(s) would be suitable.

A 1-5 closing date might be an agressive ambition unless you have the appraisal and title work already completed…
