I have been invited into a real estate venture that can make me very “well”. I have a couple of bumps on my credit that really aren’t my fault and has more to do with a misunderstand with a bank and some “they” advised me to do. Please reply if interested. This area gets special tax treatment. A reserve period is necessary (no payments for an approximate 6 months).
I’d be interested in hearing more about this project—is it rehab related?
