I am in desperate need of a hard money lender in St. Louis, MO. My credit score is 635 (as of March 9, 2006). I am looking for a lender that can and will do 100% financing if necessary and provide funds for repairs/renovations.

I’m in the St. Louis area myself. There are several options available to you.

Most the HMLs here locally only fund the purchase money as you may know.
