i am working with a mentor, and i have a steady job but not much income. he suggested that i hunt down hard money lenders that will finance houses and repairs and then split the profits. i am working in vermont which is still a sellers market, but i am confident i can find good deals with time and lots of offers. Does anybody know investors/lenders looking to finance rei’s?
There are hml that will consider helping you and will not require profits to be split. There will be fees associated with the loan but lenders want to see you be successful and reap the benefits of investing.
Speak to a mortgage consultant that has access to hard money lenders.
