Hi,
New to investing was looking for any info on Hard Money lenders in Illinois. What are the Qualifications to get loans from this type of lender? Any help appreciated…

There are several that work in the area and can get deals done in less than 2 weeks.
Each lender has it’s own underwriting criteria but have basically the same guidelines.
You can try these websites for more details.

I have personally used all of them and would use them in the future, check for yourself.

The 3rd link is an assisted care/surgical assistant website. The 5th is a link to a material handling/conveyor component website. Are those the correct links?

Nice list. Yes Omni National bank is ok, Smith Rothchild has been around as well.

I am in Chicago myself. I suggest you attend local REI Clubs and ask who they use.

Of course I am partial to the WCRT. I think it is the most active group of investors and not just people wanting to hear the next Get Rich Quick story.
