Hard money in counties less than 100 pop

Can anyone point me in the direction of a privet/hard money lender in NY where county populations are below 100,000. I found a home to purchase ARV 80K - purchase and repairs 47K. Thanks for your help

Try 4RManagement.com. Rick is excellent to work with he got me loans in North Dakota but I know NY is more regulated.
