Looking for a good hard money lending source in the Dallas or surrounding area. Im a homebuilder just relocated from Los Angeles, California looking to focus on entry level housing priced under $100,000 in outlying area of the Dallas that qualify for usda financing.
There are several hml for the Dallas area. Many of these lenders work within specific areas. What zip codes will you be building in?
