Hard Money for Multi units?

I have a triplex that is a converted single family home that needs about $10,000 rehab. I need a hard money lender for the state of Ky that will loan 65-70% ARV on a 3 unit. Anybody know of one?

We have found HML’s that will do single families but not multi’s but will keep looking.
