To be honest with you, they are related to mortgages and real estates and tons of others. I bought my program from them. They are investors.
I am a mortgage note broker and they are the investor. I got nothing from them. Just thought that they might be able to help since they are in Oregon area. Nothing else. If you have question, do ask. I’ll be glad to answer you the best that I can. 8)

why are you looking hard money? Your loan might fit into subprime categories which could save you a lot of money. It this OO? or investment? A lot of lenders work with manufactured homes, as long as they arent mobiles you should try to hard money.

I figure maybe someone has had a situation like mine , this is a stated program that needs 8- 85 ltv.

I used to work for Ameriquest and they funded manufactured homes all the time. You might try to call them.
